Job Description Summary

We have a great opportunity for an experienced University/ Early Careers Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
This role will see you take on a role within the Global EIC (Early in Careers) TA team, supporting the hiring for specific business areas and service lines across Cushman & Wakefield EMEA.
You will be reporting into the Director of Specialty Talent Segments in the US. You will work with senior stakeholders in the business to design, implement and improve recruitment processes/performance across the Early in Careers function for Europe.
You will have a collaborative approach to working with HR, Talent Acquisition Operations and Senior Leaders.
Adding value is crucial, you will be a curious individual and have an ability to spot opportunities. Using data and insight in a meaningful way is paramount for this role through regular meeting with senior stakeholders to design programs specifically for the Interns, Apprentices and Graduates we hire both ad-hoc on cyclical.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with key stakeholders understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organizational needs.

• Creation and delivery and implementation of sourcing strategy to build diverse pipelines for immediate and future needs.

• Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines ensuring that recruiting managers are properly consulted and informed.

• Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on EIC resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.

• Working with Universities, planning events both in office and at schools to build relationships and support a robust University relations program for EMEA.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience of recruiting volume campaigns as well as unique roles with subject matter expertise around both internal and external markets

• Proven experience of proactively managing recruitment (pragmatic and hands on in approach) within a Professional Services business

• Credible and able to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, agency suppliers and search firms in order to identify effective partners

• Personable, engaging and able to impact effectively at all levels.
