System Support B2B E-Commerce

Introduction

Are you that person that will bring new insights and proposals to the team and the business? To support and improve the multi-lingual European B2B E-Commerce web shop, Shimano is looking for a System support specialist.
In this role you will be working closely with (local) business teams, System Owners and System Specialists to deliver the best experience for the customers on the B2B platform. Your role will be diverse and will cover both system support and customer experience analysis.
One focus will be to provide day-to-day functional support to key users and taking care of training and documentation. Another will be to enhance the Onsite Search performance of our B2B Web shop in close collaboration with the System Owners. You will use Web Analytics to identify customer journey insights and improvement opportunities.

The Challenge

  • Provide day-to-day support to key users of B2B platforms, including training and advice.
  • Take care of first line support for bugs / requests and advise the Product Owner on priority.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation such as user manuals, training material and process flows.
  • Seek out support process improvements pro-actively, propose and pursue them.
  • Analyze Onsite Search of the B2B webshop and translate this into Search configuration requirements and priorities. Implement search configuration enhancements.
  • Together with local teams, work on Search improvements related to Synonyms, Redirects and Boost rules.
  • Assist in building and developing business cases for e-commerce improvements.
  • Create and analyze reports to help take data driven decisions.

What are we looking for?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar job.
  • Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer & result oriented. You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are a hands-on self-starter and team player.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP Commerce (Hybris and Solr) is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Google analytics and/or Google Tag manager is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Bicycle products is a plus.
