This role is pivotal in driving performance, operational excellence, and strong governance across a dynamic, technology-enabled energy business. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead divisional planning and execution processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, governance standards, and financial goals.

  • Drive M&A integration, portfolio optimization, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer impact.

  • Develop and maintain divisional dashboards, KPIs, and insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.

  • Collaborate across Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure commercial rigor, operational alignment, and customer-centric execution.

  • Apply strong commercial acumen to ensure strategic initiatives are grounded in sound financial, operational, and customer outcomes.

  • Leverage technology and AI tools to improve processes, insights, and predictive performance management.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, ideally spanning both energy and technology environments.

  • Proven experience in M&A integration, portfolio optimization, and large-scale transformation.

  • Strong understanding of technology’s role in operations, including AI and automation for process and customer experience improvement.

  • Demonstrated strength in governance, operational frameworks, and commercial decision-making.

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
