We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Vice President, Strategy & Operations to partner with the GM of Energy and the Energy leadership team in shaping and executing the division’s strategy and operational agenda.
This role is pivotal in driving performance, operational excellence, and strong governance across a dynamic, technology-enabled energy business. The SVP will help deliver key initiatives spanning strategy, integration, portfolio optimization, and large-scale transformation — with a focus on technology, AI-driven process improvement, and customer value.
Partner with the GM of Energy and divisional leaders to help shape and deliver the division’s strategic and operational priorities.
Lead divisional planning and execution processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, governance standards, and financial goals.
Drive M&A integration, portfolio optimization, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer impact.
Develop and maintain divisional dashboards, KPIs, and insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
Collaborate across Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure commercial rigor, operational alignment, and customer-centric execution.
Apply strong commercial acumen to ensure strategic initiatives are grounded in sound financial, operational, and customer outcomes.
Leverage technology and AI tools to improve processes, insights, and predictive performance management.
Lead with empathy and clarity through organizational and cultural change, fostering alignment and engagement across teams.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, ideally spanning both energy and technology environments.
Proven experience in M&A integration, portfolio optimization, and large-scale transformation.
Strong understanding of technology’s role in operations, including AI and automation for process and customer experience improvement.
Demonstrated strength in governance, operational frameworks, and commercial decision-making.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
