We will rely on you to:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' businesses, risk management, and insurance needs to ensure our services meet their expectations
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients, understanding their unique risks and insurance requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify key decision-makers and expand client accounts
  • Exceed service standards outlined in client service agreements
  • Maintain active involvement in claim-related matters
  • Contribute to the achievement of team and business objectives

 

What you need to have:

 

  • Proven experience working with large commercial organizations
  • 10+years of experience
  • Confidence in interacting and presenting to clients at the board level
  • Experience with multinational and/or public entities
  • Willingness to work towards relevant qualifications in line with new competency requirements for financial advisors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge of commercial and corporate insurance classes and relevant legislation
  • Ability to discuss current risk issues confidently
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $317,300.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
