Develop information systems and digital transformation using technologies that are in align with company policies for data management sustainability implementation and palm oil certification at Upstream PT. SMART Tbk.
Implemented, monitoring and evaluation sustainability information systems in operating units.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Prepare functional and technical specifications for new features or enhancements.
Design system architecture, database structures, and application workflows.
Optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
Conduct training for users in the Upstream PT.SMART Tbk. operating unit.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
Strong command of C#, .NET Framework (Desktop) and .NET Core (Blazor, .NET MAUI).
Proficient with MySQL Server (Design, Stored procedures, Optimization).
Experience with REST APIs and front-end integration (Blazor or .NET MAUI).
Knoowledge of software security, testing, and deployment best practices.
Knowledge and skills in Windows Server OS and Artificial Intelligence (AI) development is an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
Willing to be located in HO - Jakarta
