The opportunity
Construction Management Office leads worldwide construction activities ahead of project handover to Construction & Commissioning, establishing standards, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across multiple regions.
The mission is to lead the C&C CMO department globally within HVDC, ensuring that the department’s processes, knowledge and skills will provide the projects with the necessary resources and tools, to allow for a cost-effective execution in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.

How you’ll make an impact
- Drive and lead C&C’s efforts toward HVDC sustainability goals.
- Review and interpret project-specific sustainability requirements.
- Collaborate with Tender & Project Sustainability Managers to ensure customer sustainability requirements are met.
- Communicate sustainability initiatives and progress to all C&C managers.
- Ensure social sustainability measures are implemented within project budgets and scope.
- Monitor, analyze, and take action on sustainability KPIs that deviate from defined targets.
Your background
- Ideally, you have experience managing or coordinating large infrastructure projects, preferably in environmental or sustainability management.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in sustainable development, engineering, construction management, or project management.
- Understanding of sustainability reporting and some experience in preparing reports.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations compliance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
