Job Description:
The role serves as the primary point of contact for all operation procurement activities to ensure that the right product and/or service is delivered on time, on cost, on quality, at the right place, and in the correct quantity to Airbus FAL in China.
Manage and update procurement master data in SAP systems to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with suppliers via AirSupply and Manufacturing Engineering or material management team via SAP systems for demand forecasting/MRP, order tracking, and issue resolution.
Place and monitor nominal and secondary purchase orders, including PR generated purchase orders, exchange and manual purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery through supplier follow-up.
Monitor key KPIs such as overdue orders, on-time delivery, stock levels, and supplier performance; Analyze and escalate issues as needed. (surveillance report , OTD collaboration tool).
Identify and mitigate risks of missing parts or delays, coordinating corrective actions to avoid production impact.
Manage inventory activities including stock transfers, Non-conformity decisions, scrapping to optimize stock availability.
Assist new project deployment by managing initial demand and procurement activities.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with central procurement, finance, logistics, quality, Manufacturing engineering, Material management, Supplier Chain Coordinator, Customs, and IT, etc. (contract and pricing/ Document and GR disputes, inventory shortage or expedition, system test)
Attend regular meetings with suppliers and internal customers or relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services by managing procurement execution and resolving operational issues.
Prevent production disruptions by early identification and resolution of supply risks.
Manage Supplier relations through regular communication, performance feedback, and collaborative problem-solving to enhance continuous improvement.
Generate regular reports to summarize procurement activities, identify relevant achievements, and implement improvements.
EDUCATION: with _bachelor _ degree, in _procurement/supply chain_ major.
EXPERIENCE: _3~5_ year experience in _purchaser_ domain.
CERTIFICATION:
LANGUAGE: Fluent English both in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: SAP and Google

Proven skills as a problem-solver and a record of meeting deadlines and completing tasks on time, on budget and at an acceptable level of quality.
Have good interpersonal skills, be able to negotiate and manage conflicts of interests.

Experience in establishing and cultivating relationships with internal customers
