Before applying: please note that to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain and remain enrolled until the end of the internship. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2026 and continue participating in the program until June–July 2026.

In SC Planning, we balance demand and supply to ensure product availability and operational efficiency across HP’s global network. Our core activities include supply planning and creating the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using advanced tools like SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align inventory, capacity, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Planning: Learn basics of SC planning by managing a limited number of SKUs from the Large Format portfolio.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and work instructions.
  • SharePoint Management: Update and organize team content for accessibility and usability.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Manage LF Supply Planning scorecard, maintain planning reports, assist with data validation, and support automation initiatives.

Learning Outcomes

  • Hands-on experience in global supply chain operations.
  • Exposure to planning tools and systems like SAP IBP.
  • Development of documentation, reporting, and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • High interest in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • PowerBI knowledge will be valued.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • International exposure (Erasmus, International Academic projects) will be highly valued.
