As Supply Chain Manager Netherlands at Malvern Panalytical, you will ensure that our supply chain operations run efficiently and effectively. You will oversee the entire supply chain — from vendors and distributors through Malvern Panalytical’s production facilities to the end customer — for our sites in Eindhoven and Almelo. Either location may serve as your primary base. You will join an international team of Supply Chain Managers and Supply Chain Engineers located in several countries, reporting directly to the Global Supply Chain Director.
The Production Planning Team Lead, Operational Purchasing Team Lead, and Supply Chain Engineers will report directly to you. While the Team Leads are responsible for day-to-day operational management, your role will focus on overseeing, guiding, and optimizing supply chain processes in collaboration with the Supply Chain Engineers and Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
SIOP & Production Planning
Understand the material and capacity capabilities of all Malvern Panalytical factories.
Present a consolidated monthly overview of supply capabilities to align global supply and demand.
Identify where and when factory output needs to increase or decrease to meet business needs.
Inventory & Service Levels
Maintain a holistic view of company-wide inventory levels and delivery performance.
Analyse key performance indicators (on-time delivery, lead time, inventory health) to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
Drive process improvements that enhance organizational performance and support Malvern Panalytical’s global optimization goals.
You will take ownership of escalation management for critical material shortages, driving resolution through proactive vendor engagement and cross-functional coordination.
Education and Experience
A minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial supply chain role, ideally within an international manufacturing environment.
A bachelor’s degree in higher professional education (applied sciences) or a university degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement process improvements across multiple sites.
Experience with SAP ERP systems is preferred
