Supply Chain Head Baltics and Netherlands

POSITION PURPOSE

  • Within the framework of Zentiva business strategy, contribute to the achievement of the company´s objectives by developing the best support to customers through the effective management of sales forecasting, product supply, sales administration and distribution of products for respective markets.
  • Ensure availability of the products to customers & customer satisfaction.
  • Country scope: Baltics States and Netherlands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Supervising of all activities of the supply chain team (Supply chain Specialists daily tasks coordination); ensuring staff are qualified and competent, properly coached, given the opportunity to develop in the company and continually motivated to handle the demands of their jobs and achieve their objectives
  • Be accountable for all products sales forecasts, managing monthly rolling forecast updates (in collaboration with marketing and sales team); improve accuracy and ensure consistency of all data, giving input to trend analyses, budgets and business plans. (SST, SLA, MOQ and batches quantities, slow moving stock, destructions, provisions calculation, MPI review for Alerts/OOS
  • Assuring the optimal stock level for the sales, focusing on key products, new product launch/transfers, continuous coordination monitoring on the production plans and deliveries schedules; Monitor the obsolescence with action plans
  • Manage the Sales administration function (order processing and Customer interface), continually improving sales admin. systems in terms of quality customer service, cost-efficiency and new services; ensure the effective exchange of the data for customers and sales team; handle complaints and resolve issues
  • Coordinate distribution with Internal distribution centre the supply’s towards to export markets
  • Facilitate monthly local S&OP
  • Work closely with local/HQ Finance and Controlling functions to provide all necessary data (monthly reports, trend analyses, budgets, business plans and KPI´s); interface with all Zentiva logistic teams, Distribution platform and HQ SC departments for net demand planning, launch management, transfer management, master data, artwork and regulatory
  • Ensuring quantitative and qualitative objectives and priorities (for our dedicated markets) following the indicators assessed by global Supply chain head
  • Coordination of different data processing analysis, official data reporting (like Inventory projections)
  • Manage professional networks at all levels of the supply chain organization and be proactive
  • Contributing and leading in conjunction with QA Department establishment of WDA licenses for Zentiva on markets as per aligned action plan
  • Lead the Supply Chain team and achieve performance in Logistics, Sales Execution and Distribution (end to end) for markets Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and The Netherlands
  • SC related Ad-hoc activities as per requests

QUALITY / GMP / HSE

  • Adheres to the principles communicated within the HSE Policy of Zentiva detailed in the internal rules of the Company for the purpose of observing the rules of the Health & Safety at Work and the Environmental & Safety Management System.
  • In addition, managerial positions require:

Creates, manages and evaluates the risk register and environmental aspects. Informs and trains employees and verifies their knowledge of the above

  • Quality based activities in close cooperation with our dedicated QA contact, such as  Quality Forward  and claim management.

PHARMACOVIGILANCE

  • All employees are obliged to report any suspicion to adverse events of medicinal products, any adverse events concerning use of a medical device and any other safety information about medicinal products or medical devices in line with relevant internal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University Degree in Economics/Logistic
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field; preference: pharmaceutical industry/generics or FMCG
  • Logistic, supply & demand competencies. Customer service orientation
