Start Something Extraordinary…
As our Supply Chain Associate, you’ll join our fast-growing F&B team, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’re curious, organized, and eager to turn data and insights into action, balancing operational execution with problem-solving across multiple teams. Sitting at the intersection of field operations and HQ, you’ll play a key role in keeping our stores stocked, our supply chain running smoothly, and our customers delighted every day. This role is in-person based out of our Brooklyn, NY office and reports to the Director of Supply Chain.

- Technical Competence – Strong understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, ERP or supply chain systems, and core supply chain principles.
- Analytical Ability – Comfortable working with data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform decisions.
- Ownership & Accountability – Takes initiative to solve problems, follows through on commitments, and delivers reliable results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Works effectively with teams across operations, procurement, logistics, and other departments to achieve shared goals.

What You'll Own
- Supplier & Inventory Excellence: Act as the key link between suppliers, distributors, and our field teams. You will be resolving issues, managing relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring stores stay stocked with the right products at the right time. You’ll own weekly and month-end inventory reconciliations, spot trends in consumption, and escalate concerns as needed, ultimately safeguarding margin health through strong and proactive ownership of our inventory.
- Forecasting & Process Optimization: Leverage sales trends, historical data, and store performance insights to refine demand forecasts for evergreen and limited-time products. Identify opportunities to improve margin through better forecasting accuracy, tighter par management, and continuous process improvement across the supply chain.
- New Product Launches: You will be the supply chain team’s seasonal product launch owner. This means executing all seasonal beverage & pastry launches. This part of your role will involve stress testing early-stage recipes, acting as a strategic partner for ingredient and smallware sourcing, and communicating every step of the way with product, marketing, training, and field teams to ensure a successful launch.
- Data & Systems Ownership: Fully own the accuracy and reliability of our vendor catalogs in Coupa (Blank Street’s procurement software), ensuring product and pricing data are always up to date so field teams can place orders without delays. Conduct bi-weekly pricing audits to identify price changes and margin pressure early. Own the accuracy of NetSuite data for recipes (kit packages) and partner closely with Finance to ensure all data flows seamlessly between Coupa and NetSuite. Ultimately, you’re responsible for maintaining clean, accurate, and actionable supply chain information across the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across the business with Operations, Training, Marketing, Product, Facilities, Biz Ops, and Field Leadership teams. Partner with Marketing on launches and activations, collaborate with Product on new ingredient sourcing, and dive into operational challenges to improve store performance alongside our Facilities team. Gain a true 360° view of the business while bringing innovation to life at every level.
