Do you thrive on ensuring quality and efficiency at the heart of the supply chain? Join the PIAW team in a critical role within PIAW I where you'll be the key interface with suppliers for high-value components like the Leading Edge, Trailing Edge, and Complex Details across multiple programs. This is your chance to actively shape supplier performance, lead industrial risk mitigation, and drive quality approval and continuous improvement projects, directly impacting on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • On-time, On-Quality, and (where applicable) On-Cost Performance: Serving as the direct operational interface to manage and ensure suppliers meet contractual performance targets.

  • Risk Mitigation and Recovery: Identifying industrial risks within the supply base and quickly developing short-term recovery plans and proposing long-term mitigation actions to prevent disruption.

  • Performance Improvement: Initiating and managing dedicated supplier performance improvement projects to drive better results and efficiency across the supply base.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), or Industrial/Operations Management, ideally within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvement through effective influence and project management.

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, certification requirements, and industrial risk assessment.

  • Skilled in developing and executing recovery plans under pressure.

  • Experience contributing to supplier selection during the tendering phase.
