Position Summary
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of supply chain analytics capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making across our operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, deliver insights, and optimize processes that enhance efficiency and performance. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and implement supply chain analytics governance and frameworks to support operational excellence.

- Communicate project delivery, risks and progress to senior leadership with concise messaging.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytical usage and capability building across the Supply Chain.

- Support the development of a culture of analytics and continuous improvement across the supply chain team.

- Lead on financial budget consolidate across the Supply Chain Analytics team.

- Support on Program management across a range of Analytics and AI initiatives ensuring our users are at the forefront of our delivery.

- Lead the Supply Chain Analytics Capability Framework ensuring new capabilities are built into the teams strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, data analytics, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain analytics or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree in supply chain management, data science, or a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics applications.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

This role is based in the United Kingdom/Belgium and offers a hybrid working model.
