About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our European team in our office in Diegem/Brussels. In this role, you will turn data into insights and insights into action. You will collaborate with colleagues across countries, support ongoing projects, and help improve operational performance through smart analytics. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and making a tangible impact across regions, this is your opportunity!
What you will do
Analyse supply chain data to monitor key KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate and support cross-country projects, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs.
Conduct scenario modelling and cost-benefit analysis for strategic decisions.
Identify further enhancements of tools used in support of supply chain optimisation
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Logistics, and occasionally with Sales and Commercial teams.
Participate in productivity initiatives and workshops throughout the year.
Ensure supply chain practices align with regulatory and sustainability standards
What you will bring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics or another related field.
Project management experience and the ability to work in an international environment.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with advanced analytics and data visualization tools, including QlikSense.
Basic knowledge of Python and machine learning is an asset and can be developed on the job.
