We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and drive supplier performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve supplier-related issues.
Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to assess and manage quarantined materials.
Initiate and track supplier claims, ensuring timely and compliant closure.
Request and approve PPAP packages based on required levels and customer specifications.
Monitor supplier performance using metrics such as Defective Parts per Million (DPPM) and scorecards.
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for incoming materials.
Maintain accurate supplier quality documentation, including certifications, self-assessments, and audit records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support continuous improvement.
Plan and conduct supplier audits to evaluate compliance with quality requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate the Incoming QA Inspector team, ensuring effective execution of incoming inspection activities and alignment with quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Previous experience in supplier quality or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of PPAP, APQP, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP systems – a plus).
