Conduct regular quality reviews with the suppliers to monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics.
Develop and implement strategies for supplier quality continuous improvement with SMART goals.
Support and perform new parts and process qualification in collaboration with the Development Engineering and Technical Operation Engineering teams.
Lead complex root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related quality issues.
Proficiency in collecting, validating, and interpreting quality data (e.g., control charts, Pareto charts, PPM metrics) to quantify the extent of the failure and prove the effectiveness of the correctve actions.
Conduct regular quality system audits and technical capability assessments of EMS suppliers.
Able to develop effective recovery actions and remedy for quality dispute issues from Frontend to Backend assembly processes.

Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Electrical or any other relevant field.
At least 5-7 years of working experience in Process Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering or Development Engineering
Good written & verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
Self motivated & passionate to drive zero defect quality culture
Good problem solving knowledge & able to work independently
Extensive background in quality management within electronic product manufacturing.
Expertise in quality methodologies, industry standards and manufacturing processes (SMT and Mechanical Assembly Process).
Certifications: Six Sigma, ASQ, or equivalent quality management certifications are a plus.
Experience in pFMEA, 8D methodology, control plans, SPC, PPAP.
The skill to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams (procurement, engineering, NPI) and external supplier partners.
