Invesco's Procurement organization consist of dedicated individuals across the globe handling the organizations spend on goods and services in addition to mitigating supplier risk. The Supplier Manager will work with the Manager of the Supplier Relationship Management team within Procurement Operations.
Your Role:
The Supplier Manager will support key initiatives within Invesco’s Third Party Risk Management Program. They will have responsibility for supporting the program and working within the related technology solution. As a Supplier Manager you will partner with the departments owning the largest and most complex relationships at Invesco to provide support and ensure the relationship is managed in compliance with the Third Party Risk Management framework.
What you would be responsible for:
Acts as a relationship manager engaging business leads and peers, interfaces with leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization; ensures service quality and customer satisfaction
Analyze data to determine performance trends, including technology and/or operational issues impacting suppliers' performance
Document Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers, prepare management reporting and coordinate the process of adding new services and/or discontinuing use of existing services.
Aggregate and analyze internal service line owner net promoter scores
Issue Resolution: Supporting 1st line business owners with any conflicts or issues that arise with suppliers in a professional and prompt manner to keep a positive working relationship.
Produce relevant reports for executive management and internal business partners summarizing oversight activities and risk
Develop deep knowledge of Invesco’s third party risk management process and identify supplier lifecycle enhancements to increase operational efficiency
Partner with internal risk groups to ensure third party relationships are compliant with all relevant policies and procedures
Maintain a positive relationship with key suppliers to help them achieve best in class service
Experience you bring:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Procurement, Third Party Risk Management and / or project management experience
Strong relationship management with demonstrated ability to work across business lines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Experience in the asset management or banking industry
Experience working with large technical suppliers
Understanding of service level agreements
You have demonstrated ability to translate complex details into easily understandable executive summaries.
