As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will provide oversight of a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in support of the intake and processing of immigration applications and benefits.

Major Duties:

  • Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Intake and Document Production and are assigned based on the need of the agency.
  • Serves as primary authority on decisions of fiscal policy matters, mission objectives, and emphasis of designated program areas.
  • Review applications and petitions that the financial agent is unable to process and develop solutions to continue processing.
  • Act as a liaison with various internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Assign work to subordinates based on priorities and capabilities of employees, develops work plans, quality standards, and organizes recourses.
  • Manage the review of operation activities to identify new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and make recommendation to leadership based on findings.
  • Conduct studies; analyze and evaluate proposed changes; research and investigate new or improved business and management practices to determine the impact on program operations.

Qualifications: The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/12/2025. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/12/2025.
