We are currently recruiting for a detail orientated, organized individual who is self-motivated and goal oriented to fill the position of Vineyard Supervisor based out of our Viticulture Office located in Oliver, BC. A Vineyard Supervisor assists in day-to-day management of vineyard operations to ensure production of the highest quality fruit in the most economic fashion. The supervisor leads a team of viticulture professionals who operate a range of vineyard equipment including tractors, mowers, hedgers, fungicide/herbicide sprayers, leaf removers and mechanical harvesters. Under the direction of the vineyard manager they implement strategic vineyard plans.

Compensation: Budgeted Range – $78,200.00 - $101,200.00
The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
