A little bit about our team:

As part of the Marketing & Commercial team, our  Synch & Brand Partnerships function plays a crucial role in connecting our music, artists, and labels with brands, media, and creative industries. We aim to blend strategic marketing, innovation, and commercial expertise to enhance our Artists’ Value Proposition while serving Warner Music Group's extensive catalog as well as the company's frontline recorded music labels and their global partners by strategically developing new opportunities in Film, TV, Advertising, Gaming, Trailers, and Promos.

Your role:

Based in Buenos Aires and reporting to the VP Marketing & Commercial, South Cone, you’ll lead Brand Partnerships, Sync and Licensing initiatives. Your goal is to connect Warner Music’s artists and catalog with brands, media, and entertainment platforms — creating collaborations that drive visibility, cultural impact, and revenue.

You’ll develop and negotiate partnerships with brands for activations, sponsorships, and content; and oversee the placement of WMG recordings in film, TV, advertising, gaming, and digital media. Working closely with Marketing, A&R, and Commercial teams, you’ll ensure each opportunity aligns with our artists’ creative vision and Warner Music’s strategic objectives in the region.
 

Here you’ll get to:

  • Develop creative brand partnership strategies that integrate marketing, positioning, and revenue goals.

  • Design, pitch, and negotiate deals with regional and local brands for activations, sponsorships, live experiences, and branded content initiatives.

  • Proactively pitch and respond to briefs from agencies, brands, networks, studios, production houses, and music supervisors to place WMG songs in film, TV, advertising, gaming, trailers, and promos.

  • Coordinate the Sync & Licensing area, identifying and pursuing opportunities across advertising, television, film, digital platforms, and video games.

  • Build and nurture relationships with brand partners, agencies, production companies, and music supervisors to expand Warner Music’s presence in the commercial and entertainment landscape.

  • Collaborate with A&R, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between artist campaigns, brand initiatives, and business objectives.

  • Oversee deliverables and management of projects, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up on each partnership or sync deal.

  • Work with legal, finance, and WMG Sync teams to ensure proper clearance, rights management, and license processing.

  • Maintain sync-focused playlists and other creative tools to promote our repertoire and drive awareness of our artists among clients.

  • Analyze market trends and identify new commercial opportunities aligned with Warner Music’s South Cone strategy.

About you:

  • Proven experience pitching to Film & TV with a focus on Promos & Trailers as well as Advertising, and Gaming

  • Understanding of the music industry and synch and licensing deals

  • Possess wide knowledge of popular Latin and Anglo music, both catalog and frontline

  • Familiar with current trends in Film, TV, Gaming, Advertising, Trailers and Promos 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, brand partnerships and/or synch& licensing

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, including the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of personalities and styles

  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, leaning on strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and high attention to detail

  • Self-starter who can identify gaps and create opportunities

  • Able to work independently as well as within a team 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
