Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking a Supervisor, Operations – Corporate Actions! You’ll lead a dedicated team managing complex voluntary reorganization events while providing oversight to global operations. You’ll ensure accuracy, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency through strong leadership, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration.

In this dynamic role, you’ll guide staff through intricate corporate actions, maintain high-quality standards, and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and strategic solutions. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented problem solvers with deep expertise in voluntary events, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising a team supporting voluntary reorg

  • Responsible for providing oversight to our offshore locations

  • Lead and navigate staff through complex events

  • Perform quality control checks daily adhering to operational risk framework and procedures

  • You will present strategic opportunities to mitigate and prevent risk to the firm

  • You will interact frequently with our client base

  • You will create efficiencies through procedural or technology solution

  • You will ensure department procedures are adhered to, review and maintain client task list and related SLA’s

  • You will communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, with senior management and with clients

  • You will facilitate on-boarding of new clients and scope out additional services

  • You will conduct frequent staff meetings, participate on monthly client governance calls and industry events

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in voluntary corporate actions with demonstrated strong administrative skills

  • You should have a deep understanding of the process flow as it relates to voluntary events

  • Experience with DTC and foreign depositories

  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and delegate where necessary

  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues

  • Ability to process and navigate complex events

  • Series 99 preferred

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

  • A visionary with keen attention to detail in a dynamic risk oriented environment, strong leadership skills

  • Knowledge of Broadridge systems (BPS, Impact and Shadow) are a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • College degree required

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $120,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
