How will you contribute to this role?
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns with focus on performance purposes, to meet the company's defined business objectives. The ideal candidate should have passion for the digital media landscape, with focus on performance and conversion objectives. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, cross-channel planning skill set to the role. At least four years of experience planning, platform optimization, and reporting on digital media campaigns, whether for media agencies or performance-oriented brands.
The Supervisor Media Strategy will be responsible for:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business partners and the digital campaign traffic team, ensuring the translation of each line of business' objectives into achievable digital metrics.
- Develop digital media plans that take full advantage of the features available on each buying platform, as well as the digital assets available to each business partner. Role focused on developing conversion campaigns.
- Organizational abilities in the development of projects to identify priorities and follow up on them in a timely manner.
- Monitor campaign execution through the traffic team, suggest improvements to campaign operators, and monitor the impact of these. Focus on the quality and performance of digital campaigns.
- Understand technical aspects of performance campaign implementations, including pixelation features. Work with Disney Data Science Team.
- Maintain an analytical perspective and make data-driven decisions that result in clear improvements for campaigns and their business.
- Provide campaign performance information to different areas of the company (MKT, BI, Content) in a consistent and comparable manner, providing the necessary information to evaluate the investment.
- Alignment with the company's guidelines and their implementation on media platforms
- Focus on platform updates and new market opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage monthly budgets, forecast spend, and ensure campaigns stay on track to meet performance goals.
- Team Collaboration: partner with internal teams (Design, Content Development, Data Science) and external agencies to align efforts and achieve goals.
- Participate in negotiations with various stakeholders within the company and externally (agencies and media).
- Collaborate in the development of new cross-team projects that allow for improved work, integration of metrics, criteria, and reporting methodologies, etc.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Minimum 4 years of experience developed in planning, platform optimization, and reporting on digital media campaigns, whether for media agencies or consumer brands.
- Language skills: English Advanced (mandatory)/ Portuguese (is a plus)
- Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in running: regional campaigns; performance objectives, campaigns on social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.); DV360 campaigns; Demand Gen and PMAX; programmatic buying campaigns (DSP) and search campaigns
- Work tools/ Systems/ Software required and level of expertise:
- Microsoft Excel (mandatory) Dashboarding platforms (medium) Knowledge and experience in Google Tag Manager (useful).
- Knowledge of pixels + custom conversions + custom events in Meta, TikTok, Google, X, etc. (implementation, measurement, etc)
- Knowledge of attribution models and return indicators.
