Meet the team:

Our Technical Support Training Team supports one of the largest functions in Dexcom. The training team is a group of skilled professionals dedicated to deliver Process Training for new and existing products and markets. Our team is committed to support Dexcom in reaching more customers across the globe and empower more customers take control of their health.

Where you come in:

  • You will lead a team of trainers, assign work schedule and assignments, and provide performance feedback.
  • You will define the goals of your team members and provide guidance to achieve these goals.
  • You will work closely with all team members to ensure that they have solid knowledge of the product and process and stays current with changes.
  • You will play an active role in training needs analysis and create content and design modules to address identified training needs.
  • You will work with different leaders to address performance issues in training.
  • You will work with our colleagues and leaders around the globe on assigned global projects and other functional tasks.

What makes you successful:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a people manager of a training team
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You can facilitate and deliver trainings effectively.
  • You can develop content and design training.
  • You can build and maintain work relationship with your team and business stakeholders.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of industry experience
  • Informal management/ team lead experience
