The opportunity: 

As a Product Research Intern, you will play a key role in researching and analyzing Korean travel products, conducting product teardowns, and identifying emerging trends within the Korean travel market. You will also have the chance to provide valuable insights that will help shape our product strategy. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your analytical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Conduct research on the Korean travel market, focusing on OTAs, to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Perform product teardowns, analyzing their features, functionalities, user interface, and overall customer experience.
  • Translate and interpret Korean language content into English, ensuring accurate representation of the original content.
  • Collaborate with the product team to share insights and findings from the Korean market, contributing to product development and strategy.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the Korean travel industry and OTAs.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Currently enrolled as an MBA or Master’s student and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
  • Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
  • Native Korean language skills and Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
  • Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
