An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Summer Legal Clerk to join the dynamic in-house Legal Team at Prezzee.
This is your chance to gain global commercial experience at a tech company renowned for its culture.
The clerkship is a full-time, 5-day-a-week contract, commencing in November 2025 and concluding at the end of February 2026. The role will be based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office,
Ideal for penultimate law students students in a JD, LLB, or combined law degree, this clerkship offers hands on legal experience working closely with the in-house legal team.
Your Contribution & Responsibilities: Real Work, Global Impact
Some of the key tasks you will be responsible for include:
- Strategic Research: Conducting focused legal research, reasoning, and analysis to support the team’s strategic decisions in complex fintech issues.
- Compliance & Governance: Managing the completion of procurement questionnaires and providing support for vendor due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
- Team Operations: Carrying out crucial administrative duties such as filing, managing the legal calendar, and legal team invoice account management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Global Support: Assisting and supporting the wider global legal team as directed by the Legal Team,
- Commercial Drafting: Initial preparation and review of a diverse range of Australian and international contracts using established templates.
