We are seeking a Study Coordinator to join IQVIA’s laboratory business at Valencia, CA.

Perform routine sample preparation, including solution and reagent preparation, troubleshooting experiments, and supporting biological analysis workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute routine techniques to prepare biological samples for analysis

  • Perform extractions, tissue preparation, and purification from biological matrices

  • Document testing procedures and results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines

  • Record observations, perform calculations, and prepare data for evaluation

  • Identify and escalate unusual results or performance errors to senior staff

  • Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory, and support 6S housekeeping standards

  • Communicate clearly and accurately with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Assist with onboarding, training, and workflow management using applicable LIMS systems

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Sciences discipline or High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment

  • Proficiency with pipetting techniques and basic laboratory procedures

  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures

  • Familiarity with GLP standards, laboratory safety, and infection control procedures

  • Experience with automation, specialized lab equipment, and laboratory calculations

  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and collaboration with internal teams

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $86,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
