Are you a highly organized student with a strong affinity for numbers and data? Looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global product management organization?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Student Data Assistant to support our global Product Management team. You will play an integral part in ensuring data quality and providing essential reporting support, learning to utilize our data warehouse and reporting tools.
You will join the Data Analyst team (located across Copenhagen, Hamburg, and Singapore) and provide fundamental data support and efficient service to the global Product Management organization. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with various internal departments like Business Intelligence, Finance, and Data Management, while developing a foundational understanding of commercial and financial reporting.
Support Data Integrity: Assist in maintaining high data quality across our systems.
Reporting Assistance: Provide continuous support by preparing, gathering, and summarizing data for analysis and reporting.
Tool Familiarity: Become familiar with our data warehouse and reporting tools, supporting their development and use.
Data Preparation & Support: Assist the Data Analyst team in preparing and crunching data for various Product Management reports and exercises.
System Support: Learn to use our data warehouse and reporting tools and help support product lines with data queries.
Data Entry Assistance: Support data loading projects (e.g., mass lead updates, cross-references) in collaboration with Contract Management and Data Management.
Reporting: Help prepare routine internal and external monthly reporting requirements.
Data Quality Checks: Assist in performing data quality checks in our ERP systems and help resolve minor identified data issues.
Documentation: Support the documentation of reporting tools, dashboards, and knowledge sharing materials.
Calculations: Assist in gathering data for supplier reimbursement and rebate calculations.
You are a student eager to learn, possessing a strong affinity for data and numbers. You thrive in a structured environment, pay close attention to details, and enjoy working analytically. You are a self-starter, service-minded, and can manage your time effectively to balance studies and work.
Studies: Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, IT, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Any experience with SAP or other ERP systems/database tools (like Access) is a strong advantage.
Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing.
Attributes: High attention to details, analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude.
Bonus: An interest in or basic understanding of the Commercial Aviation industry is a plus.
