Department: General Management

Purpose of the Role

To analyze market dynamics and business performance, turning insights into actionable strategies that drive growth. This role closely partners with Commercial, Marketing, Business Development, and Trade Marketing teams to support data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities

Market & Business Analysis

  • Analyze market and internal sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver concise, insight-focused reports for senior management, including the General Manager.
  • Prepare Nielsen-based analyses covering category, channel, and brand performance.
  • Track competitor activities and industry or regulatory developments impacting the business.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Support the creation and tracking of strategic and commercial plans.
  • Turn analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations and dashboards summarizing key insights and performance results.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reviews with data-driven commentary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BD & TM teams to align insights with execution.
  • Partner with Finance for forecasting and planning processes.
  • Support the design of new tools and models to enhance business tracking.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Strategy, or Commercial roles (preferably in FMCG or consulting).
  • Nielsen experience (e.g., Discover) is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, dashboards, formulas).
  • Strong in PowerPoint and Power BI for analysis and visualization.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with large datasets.

  • Excellent command of English.
