Job Scope: This role manages sourcing for labor services – General maintenance, electrical maintenance.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead RFQ activities and supplier negotiations across North America
Develop and execute supplier agreements, extensions, and change orders
Drive cost reduction and report sourcing savings by category
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and reliability
Labor Contracts
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Experience: At least 5+ years experience sourcing on-site and/or embedded contractors – i.e. I&E, industrial cleaning, HVAC services & LDAR is required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong negotiation skills (labor rates experience preferred)
Knowledge of 7-step sourcing process is required.
Clear, concise communication with stakeholders
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
