- Develop and maintain dashboards at regular intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and create special initiative/campaign reports (e.g., FedEx St. Jude Championship, St. Jude Thanks and Giving®, Hoops for St. Jude®).
- Benchmark PR performance against competitors, industry standards, and historical data.
- Collaborate with Reputation Management, Paid Media, and Marketing Measurement teams to integrate PR metrics into cross-functional dashboards.
- Manage and optimize reporting tools and vendor relationships.
- Use measurement platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Muck Rack, Full Intel, Sprinklr) to monitor and pull media coverage, including impressions, sentiment, AVE, and more.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for team members and executive audiences.
- Influence content and communications strategy through data-driven recommendations.
- Share media on-call responsibilities with the broader PR team.
- Deliver executive-level summaries and presentations with clarity, precision, and strategic relevance.
- Influence strategic planning and connect dots across communications initiatives by identifying patterns, gaps, and opportunities in data that inform integrated storytelling and audience engagement.
- Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to provide analytical support for special projects, including message testing, audience segmentation, and campaign retrospectives.
- Contribute to additional strategic communications initiatives and team priorities as needed, bringing analytical rigor and a collaborative mindset to support evolving business needs.
Qualifications
