Pentair currently has an opening for a Strategic Accounts Sales Leader for our Commercial Filtration Category within the Commercial Water Solutions Business Unit.
We are looking for a leader with leader with a proven track record of driving growth across sales channels and market segments. The right candidate has a passion for coaching high-performance teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences, ready to lead a team poised for growth. We’re looking for deep sales leadership expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach to execution. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for growing the Everpure brand with Strategic Accounts.
This role will report directly to the Group Sales & Marketing Leader for Commercial Water Solutions. The role will be based in the Golden Valley, MN headquarters site or the Hanover Park, IL site.

You will:
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Leaders across market segments, , fostering collaboration and shared success.
- Develop strong relationships with influential stakeholders, maximizing growth potential at targeted strategic foodservice accounts.
- Create and implement strategic account plans and sales objectives tailored to customers and commercial segments.
- Drive growth through data-informed decisions, leveraging analytics to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities.
- Champion best-in-class customer experiences from initial contact through delivery and beyond.
- Perform various duties, tasks, initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Represent Pentair and Commercial Water Solutions at industry events and tradeshows, strengthening client relationships and brand visibility.
- Drive opportunities to collaborate across our Filtration and Ice categories, partnering with Sales leadership across the Business Unit.
- Build strong internal partnerships to influence product development and business practices while driving success within existing systems.
- Support and coach the team to adopt tools and systems for consistent, high-impact results.
You should have:
- A bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 5-7+ years of leading sales people in a company division with proven sales growth
- Prior experience leading a team selling into the the foodservice industry
- Ability to generate leads and new opportunities while balancing existing customer relationships
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally up to 50% of the year.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.
