Job Title: Stores Operator

Location: This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Pencoed, Bridgend. This position is offering permanent, full-time employment.

What you will be doing:

Moving inventory and materials across different facilities
Sorting, organising, and storing inventory in the proper location
Packaging, labelling, and processing inventory for delivery
Checking and verifying delivered items are correct
Reporting any damaged or missing inventory to supervisor
Stacking and organising large bulk items
Removing inventory from vehicles and delivering to proper location
Operating machinery to move or store inventory
Ensuring a clean and tidy workspace at all times
Working collaboratively with team members and other departments

What you bring:

The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Good organisation and communication skills
Attention to detail
Previous experience with IT systems (Microsoft Office, SAP)
Proactive approach to work and tasks
Flexibility to work shift patterns
