The Storeroom Clerk orders and inventories food, receives and inspects all deliveries, stocks shelves, fills supply orders and deliveries, empties garbage, and keeps storeroom clean and orderly.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Minimum Required: Six months experience in inventory control/materials management, and clerical experience. Must be able to work cooperatively with others and make mature judgements.

JOB SUMMARY
The Dietary Clerk is responsible for accurately assembling patient trays, delivering meals, receiving and recording dietary orders using Dietary Management System, assisting patient with menu selection, cleaning and sanitation of soiled dishes, and restocking and servicing cafeteria (to include operation of cash register).

Minimum Required: Must be able to work cooperatively and interact with patients, visitors, and employees. Make mature judgements. Stand stoop, lift moderate weight, and push and pull items. Exhibit high level of customer service skills. Knowledge & understanding of basic nutritional needs. Basic understanding of computers & ability to operate a computer on varying levels.
Preferred/Optional: Customer Service experience.

Wage Range (Storeroom Clerk): $16.05 - $21.28
Wage Range (Dietary Clerk): $15.60 - $20.70
