Store Sales Visual Leader

Job Summary:

The Store Field Visual Manager is responsible for executing and maintaining brand visual standards across assigned locations. This role ensures that store environments inspire customers, maximize sales, and create a cohesive brand experience. The manager partners with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling floor sets, seasonal transitions, and promotional presentations while balancing operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute all floor sets, promotional updates, and product launches in alignment with corporate visual direction.
  • Maintain brand presentation standards and ensure consistency across all assigned stores.
  • Partner with Store Management to deliver an engaging and customer-centric environment that drives traffic and conversion.
  • Train and coach store teams on visual standards, product placement, and execution best practices.
  • Analyze sales by category and SKU using the Top SKU Report to inform visual decisions, ensuring that high-performing products are maximized and underperforming categories are optimized.
  • Money-map the store by fixture through analysis of reporting and observation of customer shopping patterns to strategically position both top and bottom performers.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations to balance product flow, presentation, and inventory needs.
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and special projects as needed.
  • Monitor competitor and market trends to keep visual presentations fresh and relevant.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and audit standards are upheld within all store environments, partnering with leadership to identify and resolve any risks.
  • Model and reinforce dress code and image expectations as part of overall brand presentation; coach leadership and store teams on professional appearance and how it impacts the customer experience.
  • Utilize Company time and attendance system to manage time and responsible for accurately reporting/submitting daily schedule.
     

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, with previous leadership or retail experience.
  • Strong understanding of retail reporting and ability to translate sales data into actionable visual strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a workload in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to travel within assigned market and work a flexible schedule.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly/Salary
