How you will make contributions that matter 

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to take charge of our Scottsdale store in Tasmania. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive business performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a rural retail setting.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide expert advice on rural products.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Drive marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.

About you

• Experience in rural product sales/retail or on-farm experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of rural products and farming practices.
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in retail, business, agriculture, or commerce (preferred).
