Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Location: 150 N. Bartlett Street, Medford, OR 97501
Compensation: $16.50–$17.50 per hour DOE + Weekly Tips
Schedule (Full Time): Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM and/or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (Hours May Vary)

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.

  • Motivate and guide partners to deliver legendary customer service.

  • Maintain quality, safety, and cash-handling standards.

  • Coach and develop team members through clear and encouraging feedback.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused environment.

  • Recognize and celebrate individual and team accomplishments.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (retail or food service).

  • 6+ months of leadership or task delegation experience.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • A calm, professional attitude in busy or high-volume situations.

  • Flexibility to work early morning and daytime shifts as needed.

  • (Preferred) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
