The Role:
The Staff Systems Integration Engineer will lead the design and delivery of innovative system solutions to customers in the Healthcare field. These systems often include advanced sensor technology, precision signal chains, novel circuit design and signal processing, as well as advanced packaging. Product areas include medical imaging, medical instrumentation, vital signs monitoring, biological sensing, and genomics. This role requires a flexible and highly skilled systems engineer with expertise in electronic system and applications design while possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be comfortable in a dynamic development environment developing solutions to complex problems.
Develop healthcare systems from concept, through architecture and design to production.
Identify and derive requirements from customer needs through to system requirements.
Contribute to the architecture based on requirements including appropriate system-level modelling.
Coordinate with the customer and internal stakeholders including hardware, software, design, evaluation, test and manufacturing.
Conduct design reviews with project team.
Opportunities exist to lead projects or a team to accomplish group goals.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $125,250 to $187,875.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
