What is the opportunity?

A Microsoft Power Platform Engineer in EA will play a technical and infrastructure-focused role that bridges development and DevOps. This position's main responsibilities will be to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions (mainly for inhouse Certification Tool) including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse while ensuring performance, scalability, and integration across systems. Lead in the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.

What will you do?

  • Mature and refine Certification tooling using Power
  • Integrate multiple systems such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party APIs, using connectors, REST APIs, or custom plug-ins as needed
  • Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines within Power Platform environments, often using Azure DevOps and the Power Platform Admin Center
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, performing incident management, observability, root cause analysis, and operational automation.
  • Develop infrastructure scripts for provisioning, configuring, and maintaining Power Platform environments as needed
  • Secure and stabilize Certification tool, manage environments, roles, and permissions, and ensure process flow adherence to governance model
  • Analyzing features such as feasibility, associated costs, time, and the compatibility of new programs with existing programs, and hardware. Ensuring that expected application performance levels are achieved.
  • Consulting on business assessment and requirements analysis processes, for the development of hardware and operating systems.
  • Performing complex application programming activities, including coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying complex applications programs.
  • Coordinating coding, testing, implementation and documentation of application solutions.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platforms Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (Minimum)
  • Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
  • Coding experience in Power FX, DAX, JavaScript, Liquid Tags, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles, DevOps workflows, and system orchestration.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
  • Expertise in monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Power Platform Admin Center
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
