Job Description
- Manage payroll run activities for employees in NPT, SNN and NLTH
- Prepare and submit payroll report to Government (Revenue, Department, Legal Execution Department, Student Loan Fund, etc.)
- Payroll Processing: Administering the entire payroll cycle, including calculating wages, overtime and deductions and distributing pay slips to employees
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll related information
- Compliance: Managing payroll reports to Revenue Department and others in line with timely and accuracy
- Employee Support: Acting as a point of contact for employee to anser queries relating to pay slips and payroll issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent
- Having experience in HR for at least 5 years
