About the role
To join the Global Customer Supply Team in Taipei.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain a professional and positive relationship with key customer contacts and counterparts in Account Teams, Business Groups and Support Teams at all time.
- Understanding order management and ensure compliance and controls including terms and condition.
- Provide customers with prompt, early, accurate and optimal reply/information regarding status of orders, supply, issues, and complaints.
- Drive activities to achieve benchmark levels of delivery performance.
- Understand customer demands, supply capabilities, and coordinating activities to meet customer demands, including regular production, allocation product, new product and end of life.
- Realize VMI process and management
- Execute tasks to support tactical initiatives or improvement
What you will need
- Supply Chain Experience preferred
- Ownership and drive (self-starter, proactiveness)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills (dealing with complexity), ability to prioritize / multitasking.
- Strong customer focus and assertive communicator / interaction/negotiation skills / strong team player
- Ability to cope with stress and resilience
- Time management skills curiosity / openness / willingness to learn/ fluent English skills, advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong SAP knowledge is a plus
