The role will be managing and analyzing the pricing of transactions between related companies within the same corporate group (intercompany or I/C) to ensure compliance with global tax regulations. Document and support Netskope’s I/C transfer prices, ensuring correct accounting for intercompany transactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure that intercompany processes, including invoicing and settlements, are handled correctly and monthly journal entry calculations are accurate and timely.
  • Work with outside service providers to prepare comprehensive documentation for intercompany transactions, aligning with global regulatory requirements like those from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
  • Conduct detailed analyses, cost calculations, and economic benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing policies. 
  • Ensure that all intercompany transactions and accounting is timely and accurate

Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Work experience for a U.S. based multi-national company and 4+years of experience. CPA license is preferred.
