Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Handle facility operation, Cafeteria Site Engineering, Client Relationship Management.
- Responsible for general maintenance of plumbing, Carpentry and electrical equipment’s.
- Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, medical staff, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking
- Maintenance and facility operations – Managing resources including budget, staff, contractors & procurement functions.
- Safety inspections: ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Asset Management.
- Responsible for preparing BOQ, PRF, follow up on purchase orders as well as prepare milestones for part delivery.
- Recruit, induction and training of team, manage performance, develop and train staff.
- Prepare report calendar for the year and manage timely MIS report for the year related to all site operation.
- Handling Client Visits, understanding of F&B services
- Handling events for employee engagement and during client visit.
- Implement best practice DLP/SOP and monitor the implementation on ground to increase efficiency.
- Forecasting, Budgeting OPEX & CAPEX.
- Handling branding, and oversee repair and maintenance, facility refurbishment, infra modification and renovations.
- Conduct regular connect’ s with the employees, aimed to interact with the employees to inform them of the latest updates, understand their views, discuss ideas, queries and concerns of the facility and services and decide on way forward.
- Attention to Detail: Schedule daily and weekly rounds of various facilities and check on upkeep and capture snag list and ensure the facility is maintained as per standard and document regular facilities inspections.
- 52-week PPM calendar to be maintained and timely execution of the same to be done.
- Always ensure preparedness for BCP situation including monsoon tracker.
- Dealing with Special Economic Zone norms and regulations without deviating from the laid guidelines and process.
- Strong capabilities on the analytics real estate operations.
Key skills & knowledge:
- Analytical skills - To understand and apply research and statistics in decision-making. Proven ability to analyze all the reports related to Real Estate and should independently work consolidations.
- Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Organizational skills
- Hotel Management / Service Industry experience
- Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Complex Problem Solving — identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Partnering and Collaboration – working across teams which are outside direct circle of influence and collaborating with these team effectively to arrive at solutions.

- Excellent communication and articulation
- High degree of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
