What You’ll Do:

• Assists with the transformation and modernization of OSS platforms for provisioning and understanding customers on the Fiber Broadband (FBB) network.

• Assists with defining technical solutions to problems through reasoned application of software technology while leveraging AI, GenAI and ML capabilities.

• Assists in providing solutions for Resiliency and Exception Handling of OSS systems.

• Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of new capabilities, including hardware and software that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.

• Research and recommend open-source technologies and AI/GenAI solutions to improve or optimize the current systems/processes.

• Performs frontend/backend design and development utilizing service-oriented technologies, cloud computing, secure networking and web services.

• Serves as subject matter expert during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a complex production environment which has new and legacy systems.

• The candidate is expected to work independently (and as a team member if needed), bring a higher level of intellectual curiosity and advanced reasoning, and be an innovative problem solver.

What You’ll Bring:

• Candidate should possess expertise in following technologies/areas: Java Script, SCSS, Jasmine, Java, SpringBoot, JUnit, Oracle, PL/SQL, Git, Perl, Python, BASH, Korn Shell, Linux

• Demonstrated leadership and Knowledge/experience in public clouds such as Microsoft Azure and migrating applications to Azure.

• Knowledge and Experience in leveraging GenAI, AI and ML technologies to solve business issues.

• This position is responsible for innovating where no established procedures or policies exist to follow.

• Prior experience in Telecom company is a plus.

Our Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff earns between 

$108,900.00 - $183,000.00 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
