Sr Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in PowerEdge servers and Linux operating systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Linux development, installation, and management, with a focus on PowerEdge servers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure PowerEdge server solutions
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Linux development, including major distributions and command-line usage
* Install and configure Linux on PowerEdge servers, including Ubuntu Desktop and Ubuntu Server
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PowerEdge servers into existing infrastructure
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
* Stay up-to-date with the latest PowerEdge server technologies and Linux developments

**Requirements**

* Operating System expertise:
* Basics of Linux
* Introduction to Linux
* Overview of what is Linux
* Linux Essentials
* Linux Overview and Installation
* Installation of Linux
* Learn the basics of Ubuntu
* Install Ubuntu Desktop
* Use the Linux command line
* Description of Linux development and major distributions
* PowerEdge server experience, preferably with XE models
* Strong technical leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$80,000-100,000
