About the Role:

Kyriba is seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Systems Engineer to join our Corporate Systems Team. We are a team of passionate people motivated by agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide end-user support, manage the corporate platform – Salesforce based, and ensure seamless integration with other corporate systems like Workday, Jira, and NetSuite. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the connections between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, with experience in Salesforce service cloud, marketing cloud (Pardot) and MuleSoft being a big plus.

You will work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the overall solution to support additional business processes or to automate needs in an extremely fast paced and changing environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Develop projects, tasks and updates using Salesforce.com technologies (flows, apex, lightning component…) by using the best based on the need.
  • Administer Salesforce.com (manage fields/relationships, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, etc.)
  • Meet with Business to gather requirements and for the follow-ups in relation with support tickets and small enhancements.
  • Ensure data security is enforced using the salesforce best practices.
  • When needed working on multiple small projects in parallel, manage the different milestones to meet deadlines.
  • Write technical documentation for the developed changes.
  • Perform routine maintenance when required.
  • Effectively communicate with users of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and overall team effort in the department and organization.
  • Share your knowledge and advise the other members of the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in salesforce development.
  • Advanced knowledge of C#, Java, or any other mainstream OO language.
  • Advanced expertise in Apex coding, triggers, process builders and flows.
  • Advanced expertise in lightning development.
  • Used to perform QA, UAT and deployment planification.
  • Practical experience of development following the Agile principles.
  • Advanced knowledge in data manipulation and data management.
  • Proven technical aptitude that allows for translation of technical concepts into business process requirements, and vice-versa.
  • Highly cooperative and open spirit thriving in strong emulation with other team members.
  • Ability to operate with every level of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise confidentiality and good judgment when working with sensitive issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
