特别知识
药厂GMP要求,设备设施管理知识,项目改造实施程序
技能
英语四级,熟悉药厂设备运行和操作原理,有很强的工艺设备的专业技能,具有较强的指导和协调能力
绘制CAD图纸
责任范围 (优先排列)
技术支持
编写指定项目招投标文件,编写和审阅项目施工方案和计划,设备设施技术要求确认,项目设计的技术支持
协助工作:
协助项目经理开展项目管理工作,负责设备设施采购技术文件(标书等),支持其他项目工程师完成项目工作
EHS/GMP
保证承包商得到相关的EHS/GMP培训,做好项目的风险评估和安全应对措施,严格执行EHS和GMP相关操作程序
项目实施
保证车间、公用设施的改、扩建项目符合国家及公司的规范和规定,按计划完成,负责项目的设计、计划、技术要求,控制质量和进度,安全,负责验收并配合验收工作,及时负责更新所有完成项目中涉及项目图纸,并及时归档
检查
对项目承包商进行日常工作检查是否遵守GMP/EHS规定,并提出整改意见,符合要求
沟通与协调
与团队的其他专业工程师、主管及其部门的主管保持良好的沟通,与承包商进行有效的沟通,并保持良好的合作关系,了解市场最新医药设备、公用设备的技术信息
设备验证工作
配合工厂新设备验证(IQ/OQ)及设备重大变更的再验证(IQ/OQ)工作
遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定,并完成EHS相关工作
确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求
