Sr Product Owner - AI Solutions

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Owner to help shape and deliver AI-enabled transformation across the service delivery journey. This role plays a critical part in defining the vision and strategy for AI solutions, while leading the execution of initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business impact. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in AI product management, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Vision and Strategy Contribution

  • Collaborate on the development and refinement of the AI product strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and evolving customer needs.

  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI use cases that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Support strategic planning and business case development, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI modeling.

Product Delivery and Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans, roadmaps, and user stories.

  • Drive backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to align on requirements, dependencies, and success criteria.

Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics of deployed AI solutions, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

  • Drive iterative improvements informed by data insights, user feedback, and evolving business needs

  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and trends, recommending new capabilities to strengthen the product portfolio.

User Experience & Outcome Focus

  • Champion human-centric design and ensure AI solutions deliver meaningful, intuitive, and effective experiences.

  • Collaborate with UX, analytics, and operational teams to optimize usability and impact.

  • Promote a test-and-learn mindset to continuously refine and improve AI capabilities.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and progress.

  • Communicate product decisions, milestones, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Foster collaboration across teams to support successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role, with at least 3 years focused on AI product ownership.

  • Proven success delivering AI solutions at scale, preferably in customer service or digital transformation contexts.

  • Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Kore.AI, Dialogflow, Azure Bot Services) and AI lifecycle management.

  • Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including executive-level engagement.

  • Understanding of user experience principles, conversational design, and AI ethics.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $114,500-$154,500/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
