About the Role

The Senior Product Manager I will own a product or one or more product features within a complex product. He/she will be responsible for developing a commercially successful product strategy and lead project execution with minimal guidance that is based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. He/she will develop strong technology relationships looking for ways to address customer needs and will be seen as a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas. He/she will informally coach more junior PMs and interview and recruit new PM candidates.

This position will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA - at least 3 days in office. Onsite interviewing will also take place.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Leads customer-centric strategy by deeply understanding use cases, market dynamics, and competitive landscape; ensures team alignment to evolving customer needs across segments.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Drives product strategy using KPIs and multi-source data; balances complex priorities and ambiguity with analytical rigor and hypothesis-driven testing.

  • Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Owns go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning; partners with marketing/sales to execute launches and manage product transitions.

  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Oversees end-to-end product lifecycle; defines complex requirements, resolves design challenges, and ensures agile SDLC adherence with minimal oversight.

  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Crafts product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals; builds investment cases, manages budgets, and leverages market insights for growth.

  • Technical Skills: Applies high-level understanding of tech stack to guide product development; collaborates effectively with engineering/data teams and explores emerging technologies.

  • Practices Self-Development: Proactively manages career growth through strategic feedback, aligning development with business impact and leadership goals.

  • Solves Problems and Analyzes Issues: Tackles complex problems with structured analysis and cross-functional input; drives resolution independently.

Requirements

  • 6 or more years of experience as a product manager suggested

  • Recognized as full owner of a product or sizable feature of a complex product. Experience in the Insurance space preferred.

  • Released new product or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management.

  • Frequent product customer engagements that lead to positive commercial outcomes.

  • Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $102,800 - $171,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
