The pay range is $113,000.00 - $203,000.00

As a Sr Product Manager – Workday Team Member Experience, you’ll lead the strategy and roadmap for Target’s Workday Team Member Experience ecosystem, ensuring that our HR systems deliver meaningful, consistent experiences for all team members. As the voice of the product, you’ll advocate for your product vision, ensuring stakeholder needs are met while providing leadership, clarity, and support your team needs to succeed. You’ll build trust-based partnerships across pyramids and business units, navigating competing priorities and fostering alignment to deliver shared outcomes. With a strategic mindset and a bias for action, you’ll lead long-term planning, define OKRs, and drive measurable business results.  You will oversee and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on the themes, epics, and stories that deliver the greatest value and align with the overall product strategy. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams of stakeholders, engineers, and analysts, you’ll guide the delivery of impactful, scalable solutions that enhance the team member experience. Throughout, you’ll balance innovation with operational excellence—advancing functionality while maintaining reliability, stability, and performance across systems. 

 

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic leadership and hands-on product management to deliver a world-class team member experience.

About You 

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a preference for Workday product expertise or experience building guest or team member–facing products that enhance user experience

  • Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams 

  • Experience working in agile environments (user stories, iterative development, sprints, personas)

  • Skilled at bridging business and technology through clear, collaborative communication

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage insights to guide strategy 

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
