Our mission is to be the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. We connect consumers to the content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers unique capabilities to engage consumers.

From your first day at Roku, you'll make a valuable - and valued - contribution. We're a fast-growing public company where no one is a bystander. We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.

About the Team

Our team partners closely with our Subscriptions Business leads, Engineering, Content Partnerships, Marketing, and regional teams to deliver high-quality launches, ensure partner readiness, and build platform features that enable reliable monetization, discovery, and a delightful user experience.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to contribute to the growth of our Premium Subscriptions service. You will contribute to the product strategy and execution to launch and scale subscriptions in new markets end-to-end, with partner onboarding, and localized viewer experiences at the center. You are smart, hands-on, a good team player, and interested in delivering high-quality experiences on schedule to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Based in Mexico City.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contribute to the roadmap for Premium Subscriptions, owning portions of the roadmap from concept through execution
  • Collaborate tightly with Engineering, User Experience, Marketing, and Business teams. Working with Program Management, lead cross-functional execution
  • Improve user experience through the development of new features and UX enhancements. Identify customer pain points, define requirements, work with the team to design and validate via testing, and ship high-quality features that reduce friction and increase activation, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Instrument and monitor core metrics (conversion, churn, partner health) and run experiments to lift performance by market
  • Drive international readiness for new markets by providing localized language, pricing, and payment support.  Localize viewer experiences and policies (language, pricing, offers, eligibility) so the right products and content surface for the right users

We’re Excited If You Have

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience; consumer subscriptions/streaming experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or a related technical field), MBA Preferred
  • Ability to engage deeply with Engineering on technical details to translate product requirements into scalable solutions; proven success delivering high-quality products on time
  • Reputation as a strong collaborator who listens, builds consensus, makes clear decisions, and writes thoughtful requirements
  • Track record of executing plans end-to-end: driving alignment, managing tradeoffs, and unblocking teams to ship reliably
  • Ability to build trusted, cross-functional relationships; serving as an approachable authority on the product and market, connecting the right people to keep execution moving
  • Comfort with instrumentation and experimentation at scale: conversion, churn, payment success, and partner health metrics
Bonus: Proven track record shipping multi-country products: payments, tax/VAT/compliance, localization, and partner onboarding at scale

The Roku Culture

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.

We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
